Each course offers a structured plan to prepare for your refugee hearing: videos in which Germán Duque explains how to organize your story step by step, downloadable templates and guides to document your story, and a set of AI prompts to practise questions and answers. Check the course description for its exact contents.
No. Our courses are educational and do not replace advice from a lawyer or immigration consultant. You will learn how to prepare your testimony; legal decisions should be reviewed with an authorized professional.

You may request cancellation and a refund before accessing the purchased content. Once you have started viewing lessons or downloaded course materials, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind, lack of time or a decision not to continue.

If you have trouble accessing the course, use our contact page and provide the email address used for your purchase and a description of the problem. We will help you investigate and resolve the issue.

Requests related to technical problems are assessed individually, taking into account the information you provide and available access and activity records. Reporting a problem does not automatically result in a refund. If a fault in our platform prevents access to the purchased content and we cannot resolve it, we will provide the corresponding refund.

Your enrolment gives you six months of course access so you can learn at your own pace, repeat lessons and consult the guides as often as you need.
No. The licence is for individual use and your login credentials are personal. Distribution, copying or sharing of the content is prohibited. If someone else is interested, invite them to enrol.
