When everything is in your memory, it can be difficult to know where to start. A worksheet helps you separate events, identify dates and see what you need to review.

Get to know the course
Before you enrol
Can it help if I feel I have no evidence?
The course helps you recognize different types of evidence, review what you already have and organize what you might look for. It does not create evidence or guarantee that you can obtain it.
What if I already have a lawyer or representative?
You can use the course as additional preparation. Decisions about your case and your documents should be reviewed with your representative.
Can I repeat chapters?
Yes. You can learn at your own pace, pause to take notes and revisit the content you need during your access period.
How long will I have access?
Enrolment includes six months of personal course access (183 days). During that period, you can repeat chapters and consult the supporting materials. This is a one-time payment, not a subscription. There is no automatic renewal or charge when your access ends.
Can I share my account?
Access is personal and non-transferable. Each student needs their own enrolment. Do not share your login credentials or distribute course content.
Is it available in Spanish and English?
Yes. Choose your language before enrolling. Each version is purchased separately for 399 CAD.
Does the course guarantee that my claim will be accepted?
No. It provides educational content for your preparation. It does not include legal representation or guarantee the outcome of your hearing.
Is the book included?
No. The book is purchased separately on Amazon. It can support your learning, but it is not required to take the course. Explore the book.
Can I request a refund?
You may request cancellation and a refund before accessing the purchased content. Once you have started viewing lessons or downloaded course materials, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind, lack of time or a decision not to continue.
If you have technical problems, contact us. We will review the issue and available records. If a fault in our platform prevents access to the purchased content and we cannot resolve it, we will provide the corresponding refund. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable law.
